Musical fairytales for children „Hänsel & Gretel“
Welcome to our concerts for families: "musical fairytales for children" in the Wallpavillon of Dresden Zwinger Palace. The baroque Dresden Zwinger Palace is perfect to tell fairy tales by classical music while looking forward for Christmas. Wonderful melodies and little stories will take our young and old guests in a happy pre-Christmas mood. The works of classical music are specially arranged for children and will be presented and moderated by the DRESDNER RESIDENZ ORCHESTER and his soloists.

Mozart for children
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a child prodigy. When he was already five years old he played excellent the piano and composed first pieces. Mozart left more than 600 masterpieces of music. The DRESDEN RESIDENZ ORCHESTRA performs "Eine kleine Nachtmusik", other selected masterpieces and well-known arias of "The Magic Flute" and other operas. For our young concertgoers everything will be explained exactly.
